This workshop will provide individuals with useful communication techniques to give and receive feedback in the workplace. In this interactive workshop, participants will practice ways to communicate well with one another in the workplace for effective business teamwork and productivity.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Improve their verbal communication skills

  • Increase their self-assurance and the ability to give and receive both positive and negative feedback

  • Learn techniques of giving and receiving constructive criticism

  • Recognize personal barriers that often prevent individuals from effectively giving feedback
